Bartender-Pinnacle Room
The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer.
The incumbent is also responsible for providing beverage service to Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.
's guests and cocktail servers while providing excellent customer relations.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive for specific positions.

Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers and coworkers.
2.
Pours drinks according to established recipes; maintains a clean and safe work environment.
3.
Demonstrates specific product offerings and ordering procedures.
4.
Keeps assigned station stocked with all liquor, glasses, and accessories needed.
5.
Enters all comp transactions into POS systems for proper departmental charging.
6.
Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines of the state and Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.
's facility.
7.
Alerts management to guests who are intoxicated or under 21; ensures compliance with Project 21 - Minors in Casino.
8.
Communicates any problems or situations detrimental to Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.
to immediate supervisor.
9.
Opens/closes bar according to established procedures.
10.
Provides work direction for barbacks assigned to bar.
11.
Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned bank and is accountable for any and all overages and shortages.
Job Requirements:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge and ability to mix a wide variety of drinks.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of the operation of all bar equipment.
Ability to direct cocktail servers.
The skills and abilities required of this position are typically acquired through two years outside experience in high volume cocktail service preferably in a hotel/casino environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
