We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
This is a part-time position.
Duties:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering and routing phone calls, filing, faxing, and distribution of mail.
- Assist with ordering office supplies.
- Maintain records related to donations received.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist staff with invoicing.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Other duties under the supervision of the Housing Director.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the housing team and ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
