We are interested in interviewing lawyers preferably with prior litigation/class action experience in both state and federal court (Preferred not Required).
Mass tort experience is a PLUS.
Also, looking to hire an experienced/seasoned attorney with the capacity to manage other staff attorneys.
Louisiana bar admission required.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing litigation cases from beginning to end; exposure to civil trial practice, and a proven ability to resolve legal disputes.
We are looking for energetic, highly focused individuals capable of working in a fast-paced legal environment.
If you produce top quality work, have excellent legal analysis and writing skills, provide exceptional client services, and are able to timely meet the daily demands of a fast-paced legal practice, we are interested in talking with you.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
