As our next Warehouse Associate, you'll be a critical player in our global operations by helping the Warehouse manager with logistical and practical support that ensures efficient in-house and delivery tasks.
In this hands-on role, you will be an active participant in all day-to-day warehouse operations and tasks.
This is primarily focused on unloading and processing all inbound and (outbound?) brick & mortar products and shipments.
You will be challenged to work quickly and efficiently and maintain the warehouse area and all inventories in a clean and orderly condition, all while having a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
? You'll be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager to implement the inventory processes and procedures.
? Work on daily shipments of merchandise that need to be sent out from our warehouse.
? Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space, and workstations neat.
? Tasks that are given to you by the warehouse manager, like:
locating merchandise, and carrying/moving inventories.
? Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the inventory management system.
? Implementing continuous improvement, while maintaining communication with Sales.
? Assist with receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse.
? Willing to perform other duties as directed by management.
REQUIREMENTS AND
Qualifications:
? Candidates MUST have reliable transportation.
? Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
? Good communicator with the ability to engage with teammates and customers.
? Must be punctual and act with a sense of urgency.
? Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 30 pounds.
? Ability to balance working well independently as well as coordinating with a team.
? Proficient knowledge of basic mathematical skills.
