The Residential Property Coordinator will be responsible for various activities related to our residential property portfolio.
The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Follow all landlord/tenant policies and procedures and fair housing laws Assist in maximizing occupancy by scheduling appointments, handling walk-in potential tenants, securing rentals Conduct unit and site tours, build rapport with residents and prospects, determine prospective tenant needs with the goal of obtaining an application and closing the lease Inspect vacant units to ensure readiness, show vacant units Assist with conducting leasing activities at the property, record traffic, follow up with prospects, coordinate move-ins and update wait-list Accurately process and report receipt of application fees, security deposits, rents and other fees Contact current residents in person and by written correspondence related to lease renewals, tenant violations, unpaid rent Prepare lease related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner Qualify prospective residents Assist residents with maintenance requests and assignment of maintenance work to on-site maintenance staff Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Working knowledge of Word and Excel Strong customer service and problem solving skills Team player with high degree of professionalism Organizational skills Ability to be on-call on occasion Flexibility to move between properties if needed Yardi experience a plus Job Type:
